Reproducing the Issue
- Go to your SuccessFactors home page
- Click to open the JAM tile
- Error "Please try again later or contact your system administrator." received
- Then, try to open JAM from home page dropdown menu
- JAM opens successfully
This is a known issue being investigated by the Engineering team. The route cause has been encountered and they are currently working on a code fix to avoid this behaviour.
As of now, there is a workaround available, which is for users to access JAM through the dropdown menu.
This KBA will be updated as soon as a patch/fix date is defined.
