2949919 - Communication Panel embedded in C4C is not performing lookup when contacts arrive - "Awaiting Notifications"

Symptom

  • Integration with SAP Contact Center and C4C not working well
  • You are using SAP Communication Panel (CP) with the integration
  • When contacts arrive, the C4C Live Activity only shows "Awaiting Notifications"
  • There is no lookup and C4C is not able to add the call to the Service Request, when the contact arrived
