- Integration with SAP Contact Center and C4C not working well
- You are using SAP Communication Panel (CP) with the integration
- When contacts arrive, the C4C Live Activity only shows "Awaiting Notifications"
- There is no lookup and C4C is not able to add the call to the Service Request, when the contact arrived
