When creating a Candidate Profile for the first time, candidates are sent to the Candidate Profile Creation page, which has its own unique fields and also fields from the candidate profile template. Is it possible to add help texts to the candidate profile fields?

Reproducing the Issue
- Get to the Candidate Profile Creation Page;
- Hover your mouse pointer over a candidate profile field (e.g.: "First Name", "Email address", "Country of residence"...)
- See the help text (is it possible to change it?)
Based on the current system design, it is not possible to change the help text on these fields. Even though they are fields pulled from the Candidate Profile and we can have help texts added to Candidate Profile fields using the Manage Recruiting Custom Help Text, these changes take place only when accessing the actual template, in this case, the candidate profile.
