You are working with the 2005 released feature Outbound E-Mail Monitoring, but you cannot find the details of the errors shown.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Administrator work center.
- Select the Service and Social view.
- Under Communication Channels, open the Outbound E-Mail Monitoring.
- Select the Errors view.
- You can see some errors being indicated but there is no option to check the details.
As of now, the feature is designed to show that there are errors, but the details are not shown.
This is the current expected behavior of SAP Cloud for Customer.
An alternative option may be to check the SAP Cloud for Customer Influence Site to submit an idea.
