2937827 - The "matrixManager" field is not inserted when it's blank - Integration Center (Inbound Integration)

Symptom

You have an inbound integration interface configured on User entity.

The csv file which is being imported by the integration contains employees that has a matrixManager value, and others that doesn't have any value on that field.

When running the integration, the following error occurs to employees that don't have matrixManager value:

User: UPSERT failed for the row with key: . Reason: invalid matrixManagerIds: [null]. . The row will not be processed for subsequent entities
User: Mandatory value is missing for MatrixManager for record userId:123456

However, matrixManager isn't even a required field, so the error doesn't seem to be appropriate.
