2935054 - ENSA 2.0: Cannot change MAX_LOCKS value in "enq/server/schema" parameter from SMENQ

Symptom

Changing the value of MAX_LOCKS subparameter in the parameter enq/server/schema from SMENQ does not work.

Case 1.

==> Increase enq/server/schema above 2000000 (with kernel versions lower than the note 2942857)
