When you try to create an Appointment from Outlook, the Phone call checkbox is always greyed out.

Reproducing the Issue
Open Outlook--> New Items--> Appointment.
- Phone call checkbox greyed out.
There is a C4C setting that needs to be enabled from via Admin Settings along with one step in Outlook Addin.
Navigate to Administrator--> General Settings-->Microsoft Outlook.
- "Enable download of Phone Calls" under Sync Settings.
- After doing this, press the Reset button on the Settings screen of the Addin.
