2931204 - EPM 36 EPM Add-in Launcher stopped working

Symptom

After upgrading EPM Add-in from SP33 to SP36 when the user tries to connect from BPC web client they get the following error:

EPM Add-in Launcher

EPM Add-in Launcher has stopped working

Could not find the launched Office application [Excel].
