Customer is unable to find/access the "Manage Picklist Migration Conflicts" page in their instance.

Reproducing the Issue
- Search for "Manage Picklist Migration Conflicts" in Action Search or Admin Tools
- No results are returned
If you don't see the "Manage Picklist Migration Conflicts" page, there are 3 possible reasons:
- Your user does not have enough role-based permissions to manage picklists
Please make sure that your user is able to access admin tools for picklist ("Picklist Management" and "Picklist Center").
- Your instance has already been migrated

- Tool is not enabled for your instance
In case you know your instance is scheduled for migration (i.e. you have received the respective notification confirming your migration schedule) and you still do not see the tool, it is likely that your instance does not have any conflicts to be solved. To double-check that, please report a customer case for our support team and we will be able to enable the tool for you if required.
