2925186 - Db2 SQL errors -471 and -805 on DSNUTILS while performing SUM DMO migration

Symptom

While performing a migration using the SUM Data Migration Option (DMO) you encounter the following sql -471 error , REASON 00E79001 reported in tcode SM21 and dev_w Developer Traces.

Further investigation and review of the z/OS syslog and DB2MSTR started task log reveal that sql error -805 , REASON 00E4E2D7 is reported on stored procedure SYSPROC.DSNUTILS.
