On replying/forwarding to email interaction, the button Load Inline Image is missing in ticket's interaction.

Reproducing the Issue
Go to the Service work center.
Go to the Tickets view.
Search and open ticket LMN (where LMN represents ticket id).
Go to the Interactions facet and select any of an email interaction.
Now click on reply/forward, which opens the email editor.
Here, you can see the load inline image button is missing.
Since you have enable to automatically loading of inline image in ticket configuration, the button is missing in tickets interaction.
If there is embedded image exist in ticket's interaction and you do not want image to be loaded automatically, then you need to disable in ticket configuration.However an user can click on Load Inline Image to load embedded image manually .
- Go to the Administrator work center.
Go to the Service and Social view.
Click on hyperlink Ticket Configuration and here disable Load Inline Image Automatically option.
