- From the BPC Admin Client tool, when clicking on "Security > Users" and "Processes" nodes, an error occurs :
"Exception error has occured; check the client log file, log ID = 61 for more details" for Security Area
"Exception error has occured; check the client log file, log ID = 63 for more details" for Processes Area
- It occurs for users including the equivalent of "BPC_Sysadmin" user, and for all environments
- BPC Server version 10.1.5.1 version for Microsoft and BPC Client Admin 10.1.13.0
- SAP Business Planning and Consolidation for the Microsoft platform version 10.x onwards including Support Packages
