2922118 - Schedule publication failed in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

Symptom

After enabling the options “Allow Schedule Publications” and “Allow Schedule Publication to non-SAC users”,  scheduling a publication in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) fails.

Environment

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to customer SAC system, open any story.
  2. Click Share menu and then select Schedule Publication.
  3. Enter name, Start time, Subject, Message.
  4. Enter an e-mail address for non-SAP Analytics Cloud recipients
  5. Click OK, then go to Calendar and check the publication status, notice that its overall status is failed.
