2921725 - The Standard Report Access Rights Change Log shows SAP Support User Information


You opened the standard report Access Rights Change Log (technical ID CCAB03_Q001) and it shows SAP support user details. Now you are wondering if we performed changes in your system.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Reports.
  2. Show all reports and open standard report Access Rights Change Log (ID CCAB03_Q001).
  3. Run the report with the selection on the characteristic Change Date - UTC = Last 30 Days.
  4. You will notice that the user SAP_SUPP001 or a different SAP support user is shown in the report table.


This behaviour is caused by one of our tools when we request the SAP support user to login to your system. We would never perform any changes on your users or system settings.


This is the expected system behaviour at the moment and is working as designed.
