There is no option to create a custom channel for Sales Campaigns to be used in a campaign.

There is currently no option to create a Z/ custom Sales Campaign channel to be used in a campaign.
We currently have the following standard channels which you can select when creating a Sales Campaign in C4C:
If you are want to use a channel which is not covered by the above, please suggest this as new feature request on the Influence page:
click the user icon at the top of the screen and choose 'Share Your Ideas' / or visit the website directly: https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer .
Please note that it is not possible for our Support Team to provide you additional information regarding the availability of this feature in a future release.
As work around, you can re-name the channel 'undefined', or any channel you might not be using, via Language Adaptation in the Administration work centre.
- Go to the Administration work centre.
- Go to the General Settings view.
- Click the Language Adaptation link.
- Click New.
- Select the BO Sales Campaigns.
- Select Code Texts.
- Click Save.
- Click 'Collect Text'.
- Once the text is collected, find the relevant value you want to rename. For example, search for 'Undefined' + 'DTV_CPG_CHANNEL_TYPE_CODE'.
- Enter your target text and save.
- Please remember to use the Cleanup function once you are done.
Note that in the standard system, you can currently create custom communication channels to be used in Marketing Permission and you can created custom Communication Categories.

There is no option to add a custom Campaign channel.
But you can add a custom communication channel for the Marketing Permissions!
Administrators can configure custom communication channels for sales campaigns in fine-tuning activities.
Go to Business Configuration -> Implementation Projects -> Open Activity List-> Marketing Permissions-> Maintain Communication Channels -> Add Row and enter a Communication Channel and Description.
Note:- Once you create custom communication channel, it will be available in Marketing permission tab/facet under Contact and Individual customer. Please see below screenshot of IRA system.
