Error message "Save Failed: You are not authorized to change the data" appears while creating an activity in the system.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Activities work center.
- Go to the Appointments view.
- Select New.
- Enter all mandatory details.
The error message: "Save Failed: You are not authorized to change the data" appears.
Your user has an access based on Org Unit only.
Check if a your user has access based only on org unit, then the org unit should be part of the document determined.
Org Units are determined based only on entering the account. They need to make sure the org unit is determined or manually entered right one which the user is assigned to.
If the User has access based on Org Unit, then he will be able to edit the document and maintain mandatory field values, but while saving the document, he will encounter the error message.
