2916057 - Refused to connect error when opening apps on cFLP

Symptom

A "cppcf.authentication.<datacenter>.hana.ondemand.com refused to connect" error is displayed when opening applications on the Central Fiori Launchpad (Cloud Portal service on Cloud Foundry).

Checking the network traces, it is possible to see a 500 Internal Server Error to https://cppcf.authentication.<datacenter>.hana.ondemand.com/<path>.

The below errors are also displayed on the console:

Refused to display 'https://cppcf.authentication.<datacenter>.hana.ondemand.com/...' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'.

Failed to execute 'postMessage' on 'DOMWindow': The target origin provided ('https://cppcf-sapdelim-<destination>.cpp.cfapps.<datacenter>.hana.ondemand.com') does not match the recipient window's origin ('null').
