Symptom

  • Unable to "Sign In" to the ECF CommunicationPanel using Chrome, but also in other supported browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Opera)
  • UI stays trying to load...
  • Error in connecting to server
  • Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
  • In Console appears one or several messages like the following ones:
  •     Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
  •     "ECFSRealTimeClient.js?eval:1 Uncaught Error: ECFSRealTimeClient: 'config.cctrUrl' is 'undefined' or 'null'"
  •     4430/ecf/latest/component-preload.js:1
  • Issue does not happen with  ecfliveactivity, dporeport, etc...
