Internal Candidates are receiving incorrect job alerts, but when the user runs the saved search to find the job the system displays error "No jobs matched. Try widening your search."

This happens when the user has created a Job alert and has left the option "Send email only when new jobs are available" unchecked.
Take the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Saved Searches/Alerts;
3. Edit the already created Job Alert;
4. Check the option Send email only when new jobs are available.
