You would like to
add an additional E-Mail Address e.g. of the Employee Responsible to the Output of a document e.g. a Sales Orders with the Recipient Type CC.

You can add an E-Mail Address with the recipient types To, Cc or Bcc for a business document in the Account Master Data if the output channel is e-mail.
- Go to the Account Management work center.
- Select the Accounts view.
- Open the respective Account.
- Go to the Communication tab and the Collaboration sub tab.
- Select the respective Business Document e.g. Sales Order Confirmation.
- If the Output Channel column select E-Mail you see the E-Mail Setting section will appear.
- Here you can Add an E-Mail Address and define the Recipient Type e.g. Cc, To or Bcc.
