2913059 - Confirmation logs are not displayed in Boomi "Process Reporting" screen

Symptom

You are not being able to see logs from Confirmation process on your Boomi instance under "Process Reporting" screen.

Example of Confirmation package and its processes:

  • Packaged Integration: EC to EC Payroll Employee Replication Confirmation v5.0
    • Packaged Integration: EC Payroll (AddOn) to EC - Employee Confirmation v5.0
    • Packaged Integration: EC Payroll (HR Standard) to EC - Employee Confirmation v5.0

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

    • Replicating Employee Master Data from Employee Central to SAP ERP HCM Using Dell Boomi AtomSphere as the Middleware (Before Q2 2017)

Cause

This is an expected behavior for SAP standard integration packages.

The successful logs from Confirmation processes are not going to be shown on "Process Reporting" screen. The logic of the process was built in that way.

You will only be able to see error logs from these processes on "Process Reporting" screen.

Resolution

You can still see the successful logs from these processes if you go to Dashboard > Real-time Dashboard.

Real-time Dashboard will show both errors and successful logs, and you can still use filters.
