Symptom

The People Analytics Report Story has been upgraded successfully in your instance, but you are facing one of the symptons below:

After 2211 release new error messages were added to the system, so it will help on understanding the route cause. 

  • Blank loading screen issue when accessing Story reports - People Analytics
  • Your profile is not correctly configured for Story reports. This can be a user sync issue. Please contact your system administrator for further assistance.



  • Unable to access Story reports. Please ensure that third-party cookies are enabled in your browser settings, and try again. If the issue persists, please contact your system administrator to check the identity authentication settings and resolve the issue. For more information, refer to the Knowledge Base article #2912865
