After implementing SAP Cloud Connector (SCC) High Available (HA) setup, Shadow Instance's statut shows "Disconnected" and cannot connect to the Master Instance. The following error is displyed in the User Interface:
"Cloud Connector on <hostname> does not respond. Check host and port and ensure that the Cloud Connector is running."
The following entries can be found in the Shadow SCC's ljs_trace file:
#WARN#com.sap.scc.ha#http-bio-8443-exec-2# #PingToMaster failure
com.sap.scc.ha.HaHttpClientException: partner does not respond
Caused by: java.net.UnknownHostException: <hostname>
