2909745 - Is There a Way to Identify if a Candidate Was Once an Internal Employee - Recruiting Management

Symptom

Is there a standard way to identify if a external candidate was once a internal employee in the system?

Environment

Resolution

Currently, in the way the system is designed, there won't be a standard way to identify if a external candidate was once an employee in the company. You will be able to check the Internal to External conversion log in the Candidate Profile History but would be a manually checking and it cannot be reported.

You can set up a custom field, for example, a picklist field, and define a flag to tell the operator that the candidate was once an employee but still, it would require a manually change on the field.
