You find that users can logon to crm backend gui, but they cannot logon to CRM WebUI. In t-code:sm66 and st01 performance trace, you can see hanging entries sequentially reading on table HRP1001 with report SAPLRH. You may see 500 internal error on webui after a while and in httpwatch trace.
