There is error log "The alias & already exists" in "Monitor Employee Imports" after the employee has been uploaded to S/4HANA Cloud system via "Import Employees" app.

Reproducing the Issue
Upload an employee or multiple employees via Import Employees app.
During the employee import, the UserName column in the 'EmployeeDataTemplate' CSV file is filled with an alias name that has already been used on the S/4HANA Cloud system. While Alias of the user ID must be unique on the system.
The below solution is provided under the precondition that the employee data are all uploaded into your S/4HANA Cloud system via Import Employees app only.
Please use another Alias in the UserName column for the employee that you are trying to upload via Import Employees app.
If you do not want the employee data with the specific Alias on your system any more, you can choose to remove this employee fully from your S/4HANA Cloud system.
KBA 2702011 - 'Deleting Employee & Contingent Worker data in S/4HANA Cloud' can be referred to for detailed steps to delete the employee fully.
If you cannot or do not want to delete the employee that has already got the Alias assigned as mentioned in Option 2, and instead you want to change the Alias of the existing employee so that the new to-be-uploaded employee can be assigned with the expected Alias, then please re-upload the old employee via Import Employees in order to change his/her Alias .
Please pay attention that all the field values in the CSV files should be kept the same as before, only the UserName column should have the new Alias during the new round of re-uploading via Import Employees app.
Attention: It is not recommended to change the User Name directly from the Maintain Business Users app. Because once the data is synchronized from employee again, the system will reset the Alias back to the original as described in KBA 2700434 - User Alias gets updated automatically by SAP_SYSTEM in S/4HANA Cloud .
