User cannot refresh a report when opening and refreshing the report from a specific client machine
On the server Database error -9300 at OPC appears in SM21 log
The same user, using the same credential, connecting from another client machine can refresh the report
All client machines have the same versions of all third party software and EPM Add-in installed.
