When creating an Integration Center report, some entities are not available for selection.
Reproducing the Issue
- In the BizX Reporting page, create a report;
- Select "Recruiting V2" and report in any field.
- Now, in the Data Dictionary, not all entities seen in the Adhoc reports are visible.
This is a system expected behaviour. Not all fields reportable through Adhoc, have an OData respective entity. To double check that, access either the HCM Suite OData API Reference Guide or the Employee Central OData API: Reference Guide end search for the entity you are looking for. Alternatively, you may look at the OData API Data Dictionary in Admin Center. If you are not able to find the desired entity, it means it will not be available on Integration Center reports.
As mentioned in the article Cause section, this is a system expected behavior, based on how it was designed to work. Changes to this behavior must be addressed through the Enhancement Request process.
