Several employees suddenly received multiple onboarding notifications/reminder notifications, even those employees that already started working in the company months way back.

Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the instance and go to Onboarding module.
- Go to Onboarding > Settings > Mail Queue
- Filter out the date from where the notifications started sending out
- Enter the affected notification subject
- See that multiple pages of the notifications/reminder notifications were sent to several users/employees
Issue was caused by a server issue. There was an issue with the Reminder job in the backend where after problem was fixed, all unsent notifications old/new were sent out.

Please reach out to SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Product Support in SAP One Support Launchpad via SAP Expert Chat or Support Incident to raise an internal ticket to confirm if the notifications were sent out due to an issue with the Reminder job in the server side. Once it is confirmed, as best practice provided from the Operations Team, to avoid these issues would be to remove the unused work queue notifications regurarly. These notifications are pending in completion, for most of the customers it is vital to send out these emails so it was left untouched by the team and let the reminder job to trigger these emails. Operations Team cannot differentiate which customer would not use these pending notifcations and which one would.
