While creating new Accounts or Individual Accounts, the Language and Country field are auto-filled for some users, but not for others.
You want to know why.
SAP Cloud for Customer
When creating an Account, the defaulting of Country and Language fields is user dependent. The field will be filled with the last Country / last Language that user entered when creating an account (after save action was executed).
Create an Account and select a Country and Language with any user and click Save. Now create another Account with the same user. You see that Country and Language will be defaulted with your last choice.
This is the designed system behavior. There is no configuration/setting to set this country auto-filled during Account creation.
We are constantly thriving to improve our system and hearing your suggestions is the best way forward. Our product managers regularly check the Influence page (https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer) to hear what changes users would like to see in place and check those for feasibility.
Idea requests can also be voted for by other customers.
If you would like to suggest a change to this behaviour, please add this on the Influence page.
Please note that it is not possible for our Support Team to provide you additional information regarding the availability of this feature in a future release.
The same behaviour is true for SAP Business ByDesign, see KBA 2700638 - Country and Language Fields are Filled Automatically When Creating a New Private/Corporate Account
