As per Argentina’s legislation, employees can be classified into two different tax zones: special zone and normal zone. This classification happens on a monthly basis, which means that an employee can be in one zone in January and in another zone in February. Also, during the final liquidation (HARCIMPF), an annual zone is automatically defined.
