2883892 - Error "Status profile XXXXXXXX is not mapped. Target user status cannot be found" - Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

  • When trying to update an incident using "Update from SAP" button in SAP Collaboration section in CRM WEB UI or via Message Refresh Status job (AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP_WS), the following error shows up:

    "Status profile <XXXXXXXX> is not mapped. Target user status cannot be found"

  • Job AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP_WS ends with errors and transaction SOLMAN_INCIDENT_UPD shows errors:

    "Error updating message <SOLMAN Incident number> from SAP incident <SAP Incident number>.

    Message No. AI_CRM_IM_ICT_EXCH031

    Status profile XXXXXXXX is not mapped. Target user status cannot be found.

    Message No. AIC_CRM_API010"
