When reporting on standard Data Source 'Business Partner with Attribute Assignment', it is observed that the field 'Value Description' displays only Not Assigned (#) values instead of meaningful values.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Business Analytics work center.
- Go to the Design Data Sources view.
- Find and open data source Business Partner with Attribute Assignment [CODBUSATTRBPU] in "Preview" mode.
- Open value help for field "Value Description".
- Notice that there are only # (Not Assigned) values.
The most common cause for this behavior is when the business user consuming this report is logging on a different language rather than the system default language. For example, if the system default language is English and you log in German language, then Not Assigned (#) values will be displayed if the translation for this information is not maintained properly in the system Language Adaptation settings.
This behavior is applicable for all Data Sources and Reports in the system.
Maintain the translation for this and all relevant fields in the data source / report under C4C Language Adaptation settings.
