- You are trying to use the SAP Contact Center Communications Panel (CP) within C4C live Activity panel
- Some futures don't work well like:
- If you use the CP outside of the C4C (launching directly https://[Your_AgentVu_FQDN]/ecf/14/communicationpanel/embedded.html) then all works.
