Is it possible to have a video embedded on Homepage Tiles?

It is not possible to embed an video on the homepage custom tile itself so that the video be viewed on the Homepage.

What is possible to have it embedded on the pop up that will open on the when clicking on the custom tile.

For that you can follow the steps referred on this Help page and on Navigation select target as Popover.

Then you can embedded the video on the pop up, by the content edition of the pop up. (you can either insert it through rich text editor or through raw html)
