2855569 - "Delete Ticket" feature not available under Ticket Configuration settings

Symptom

You are not able to find the option "Delete Ticket" or "Ticket Deletion" in the Ticket Configuration settings

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator Work Center
  2. Navigate to Service and Social view
  3. Open Ticket Configuration settings
  4. "Delete Ticket" option is missing

Cause

This is a new feature introduced in 1911 release but it is available only in the test tenants and not available in production tenants in the current release

Resolution

Delete Ticket feature will be added in production tenants in the future release, please refer upcoming release notes for more details
