Is it possible to update/upsert the information from inactive employees via Integration Center?

Currently it is not possible to edit information of inactive users via Integration Center because the tool does not support API Option Profile (apiOptionProfileID). For example, you cannot send welcome emails to new users or you cannot edit employees in inactive status, since option profile is not supported.
As alternatives, this action can be achieved by including the parameter "processInactiveEmployees=true" in your middleware (Boomi or CPI). Please check the steps on the KBA 2709201 - How to upsert inactive Users in Boomi/HCI using SFOdata.User entity.
Also, you can create an API Option Profile for the OData API and select the option Process Inactive Employees.
