2853745 - Manual SMS messages are not being received by candidates in specific countries

SMS Configuration is complete and some candidates are receiving the manual SMS messages. But candidates from certain countries are not receiving the messages.

Rules and Regulations in certain countries like Kuwait and UAE can block the sending of SMS messages to candidates. For example, Sender IDs need to be registered with the governing bodies with the aim of stopping unnecessary SPAM

You will need to reach out to the SAP Digital Interconnect Team for assistance. Customers can create an incident with RCM Product Support.

Product Support can then create an Operations Ticket, and request the involvement of the SAP Digital Interconnect Team
