SAP ASE Service account (which is in local Admin group and used to create Sybase ASE instance) is unable to open up the Sybase ASE service/instance log file(errorlog) when ASE service is started and running;
- "Access is denied." message is prompted when trying to open the log file with Notepad;
- The log file can be copied and the copied file can be opened successfully.
