With the upcoming decommissioning of Flash in 2020, there is a need to know how many and which Content Objects are using Flash to replace them with non-Flash based options.

For PCM (Premium Content Management) Customers:
- Customers' Content Representative may assist with this task as they manage customers' content.
For Self-Managed iContent Customers:
- Customers using self-managed iContent service may be able to filter the Flash files from the SFTP Web Browser client or any other FTP client (e.g. Filezilla).
- A custom report may assist in finding some but not possibly all Flash based content. A Content Object may have the Filename end with "launch.html" but still use Flash files while rendering the content.
- Checking on the SFTP for the following files types may assist in finding the content that needs to be updated. The file types of Flash based content can be '.swf', '.fla', '.asc', and '.jsfl' as some examples.
Self-Managed iContent customers are responsible for administrating their accounts and any content that is uploaded to the SFTP.
