Symptom

Search Box for Tiles under "By My Selection" is not visible in any of the Browsers.

 SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in into instance from any of the Browsers
  2. Navigate to Home Page
  3. Click any Tile from Home Page
  4. A new window will open
  5. In the new window click filter icon present at the top right.
  6. Click any standard filter icon
  7. Under "By My Selection" Search Box will not be visible

  8. When we click Top Right Corner Search Box will be visible in Google Chrome but in other Browsers it will not be visible.

Resolution

Interim Workaround:
Please click Top Right Corner to see Search Box in Google Chrome and in other browsers you can directly enter search keywords on the Top Right Corner.
