The following are frequently questions regarding the Agency 2.0 upgrade:

What is the new Agency 2.0?
Agency 2.0 is now generally available as Agency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. Agency has an enhanced User Interface (UI) and improved user experience over Agency 1.0.

How do I enable Agency 2.0?
Switch to enable Agency will now be available on Admin Center > Manage Recruiting settings under Agency portal section > Recruitment Agency Access

Will Agency 2.0 have new URLs?
Yes. Old Agency 1.0 URL's will be redirected by default to the new 2.0 URLs.

Is it possible to keep using Agency 1.0?
The Agency 1.0 application will be sunset and will no longer be available after the b1908 system release.

Will be Agency 2.0 widely available for all Agency users after b1908?
Yes. All credentials to login to the Agency portal will work as usual.

Are there new Agency related settings in Admin Center?
The switch "Posting to specific agencies" will be moved to Admin Center -> Manage Recruiting Settings > Agency portal. The switch can be enabled if "Recruitment Agency Access" is enabled. End users will not be able to disable the switch, once it is enabled for the first time.

Will Agency 2.0 support additional pieces of information (like candidate skill requirements or job requisition specifics) to be provided to the agencies, compared to Agency 1.0?
No. Agency 2.0 was not designed with this goal, being rather directed towards UI and user experience enhancements.

Before and now:

The new interface design was rebuilt thinking on the user usability, but with the goal of keeping the same existing functionalities experience. The following images give a comparison of the old Agency 1.0 against the new Agency 2.0.
