SAP Product Support has requested a CBuser in order log into the system.

When an issue occurs in the system, SAP Product Support needs to reproduce the exact same scenario to check and determine the root cause of the issue.
It is only possible with a user with the same system authorizations.
- Go to the Maintain Business Users app, then you will be able to consult all CBusers of your system that are equivalent to each user.
- Provide the CBuser that has necessary authorizations to reproduce the issue.
- The SAP support engineer can copy the same authorizations to generate a user to log into the system.
