2836064 - Instructor Name not showing on Certificate of Completion - LMS

Instructor Name is not showing on Certificate of Completion

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1.) On the Users Learning Plan, go to Learning History

2.) Click on the completed Item

3.) Click on View Certificate

4.) Notice that the instructor name is blank

The user have completed a free floating item.

As confirmed by Product Managment, the INSTRUCTOR_NAME syntax tax only works for items with scheduled offering. And the user have completed that scheduled offering.
