- Log in to the tenant
- Search for work center Email Integration
- Note: Work center Email Integration is not available.
iCRM is only enabled for the following partner material numbers:
- 8006354 Cloud Development for SAP Sales and Service Cloud
- 8006355 Cloud Test for SAP Sales and Service Cloud
On Request: iCRM will be enabled for demo tenants of SAP Sales and Service Cloud by Operations team. In such cases, report an incident. This is to ensure that there is no delay in customer demos
