2834531 - Generate history of User Login and Transaction Usage

How can a system administrator get a report on the history of when a user logged in to Fiori Launchpad and what apps or transactions the user ran

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

• There is currently no mechanism available to generate a report or provide an audit log of when a user has been logged in or what transactions or apps a user has used over a given time period
• With SAP S/4HANA Cloud 1911, a feature providing a Security Audit Log will be available but it is currently planned to only include Login History for a given User.
• A New Feature request for a facility to provide a more encompassing report with all of the detail required, user login and transaction/app usage, can be requested through Influence as described in SAP Note 11.
