2834042 - Customer is not created automatically when converting contract offer to contract

Symptom

In a contract offer, there is a BP with the role(TR0640 - Applicant), when converting contract offer to contract, the BP role changed to TR0600 - Master Tenant w.Cust.Acct, but the customer account is not created automatically.
