2833821 - Only one child question is appearing in a multi-level cascading question.

Symptom

When using cascading pre-screening questions of 3 levels or more, the first parent/child question and answer are working as expected, but any subsequent nested parent/child questions do not.

Cause

Mobile Apply currently does not support Multi-level cascading pre-screening questions.

Resolution

This is currently considered expected behavior due to a limitation of the Mobile Apply feature. One possible workaround is to disable Mobile Apply. We are currently working on an enhancement to resolve this limitation, if you would like to follow this enhancement please contact your CSM and give them this internal ticket number RCM-68811.
