2833484 - Retirement of Career Development Plan Lite

Starting H2 2020 (b2011), CDP Lite will be automatically deactivated for all customers who are still using this feature.

CDP Lite was a lightweight feature for Performance Management and Goal Management, without Full Career Development Plan license. It allowed users to configure development goals accessible only within Performance Management forms. The feature did not allow users to associate learning activities to development goals, nor did it support competencies associated with development goals.
