Symptom
- Trying to connect to a Service running on an ECDA server seeing this error:
Msg 30001, Level 16, State 0:
Server 'ECDA_servicename':
Service [ECDA_Servicename_service] not found. Note:
If using Service Name Redirection, user ID is case sensitive. <SMR> CT-LIBRARY error: ct_connect(): protocol specific layer: external error:
The attempt to connect to the server failed. - Server log shows:
